Almost out of school

I'm a senior at my school. That means i only have about 6 months left all in all.

Being a senior means, of course, being the oldest and most awesome! But it also means paying up. Last year i "only" had to pay for the school trip to Sofia. This year i have to pay for the hat you wear when you graduate, the truck we are going to drive in after graduation, the dress for my graduation, my prom dress, shoes, hair, make up, nails, limo ride, dinner at (probably) Hard Rock Cafe and now also (maybe) another school trip! I am poor before i graduate!
Luckily my parents have agreed to pay for the hat and maybe the truck ride too, but the rest of it is stuff i have to pay.

Last year it was about 3500 + allowance, but my parents paid most of it.
This year it will be much more! 500 for the hat, 750 for the truck, 3-400 for the dress, 500-1500 for the prom dress, 2-400 for the shoes, 350 for hair and make up, 4-500 for the nails, 5-700 for the limo ride, i do not know how much the dinner might be but the school trip will end up at about 1500. That is almost 4000 that i alone have to pay.. Good thing i get student grant.. Maybe i should get a job..?

The thing is, these last couple of years had been a real joy and i might have made some friendships that will last for a very long time, also after we are done in school. There are boys and girls in my class that i hope will stay my friends even after we have started our educations on universities and stuff like that. I am looking forward to some crazy parties and nights out.

It's kinda sad to know it's all going to end this summer. All the parties at the school, all the fun times i've had at and after school and even though it wasn't the school that made those moments, but the people i was with, tall the memories are connected to the school and this summer, i will probably never come back to the school again..

I don't know what the point of this blog post is, but i just came to think about it and felt like writing about it.

One last thing - I am not a vary patient person. That is something i have come to know about myself. A have ordered something from England last week and i usually takes about 3-4 work days before it comes here, but it's been a week and i haven't seen anything. I really wanted it last Thursday, but the one package will probably first come tomorrow and the other one will probably first be here Thursday.. I want it now! :(

Vacation!..

This week has been really easy. Kinda like a mini vacation because i was only in school for two days :D
It's really just something you need once in a while to reload your batteries, sleep in and relax all day long.
Today i haven't really been doing anything. Tomorrow i am going to Stenløse to buy the food we need on Friday where i am throwing a Sex and the City night for my girls. We are going to watch the movies, clean out in my closet, eat ourselves fat in food, candy and chips :D

Yesterday i found out where i'm going this summer and i can't wait!
We won two weeks in an apartment in the middle of Barcelona! We are going to live right on the Rambla and it's gonna be so awesome!!
I'm gonna pack as little as possible because shopping is probably something i am going to do a whole lot of!
It's gonna be AWESOME! And it is right after i get home from Langeland that i'm going to Spain to tan my skin on the lovely beach!

That was a whole lot of exclamation points..

My class was supposed to go on another school trip to either Berlin, Riga or Amsterdam but sadly that is probably not going to happen because along the planning, there was a misunderstanding about where the money came from and how much we were going to pay and now we aren't going :(
We had an anonymous vote in class if we wanted to go, even though we had to pay max 1500 kr. If anyone said no, we weren't going, so that's it..
Now there is some of my classmates who absolutely want to go and they are trying to plan a trip without teachers and stuff and i think it could be great, i just don't get why trying to do something with the entire class when some of our classmates can't go because they can't afford it and i see the problem when they say that they get cut off just because they can't afford to go. I want to go, but i don't want to cut off some of my friends because they can't come.. It also depends on who is coming and so on..

The last thing i want to talk about, is the vacation i'm trying to plan with a bunch of my friends. We are trying to go to my summerhouse for free in the nearest vacation but with about 10 people, it's not easy to work out. There are still a couple of things we need to find out, like when we are going and who is coming and so on but it could be really, really fun and cozy to go over there for a week to relax with some friends and just have fun :)
Problem is that we wanted to go in week 7, but my parents had made a plan to go that week to clean the entire house and that is not anything i'm reliving for the 3. or 4. time. All the adults that come gets totally stressed and they are noisy and we have to go look after all the things that could be missing in the house. I'm not interested in that! Now we are talking about going in the Easter holiday and that might be a possibility if i can get my parents to talk to the firm that rents the house, so we can get it for free and not for 7.035 kr a week. I am really putting a lot of effort into this trip, because it is my parents that owns a part of the house and it could just be really fun and cozy and i really want to go!

Oopsies!

So you all remember when i said, that i wanted to use my blog as a diary while i was in Bulgaria, right?
Yearh, well... That didn't quite happen. You see, i couldn't get the network to work, so i just said to my self: "You know what? You can write the diary when you get home!" Then, i got sick and i didn't feel like i had the energy to write 5 blog posts right after each other.

BUT! Then i will just write EVERYTHING we did right now! So if you don't wanna know or already know, this might not be fun to read...

Monday

Monday started out at 3:45 where i got up and took a shower. I packed the last stuff and we went off to the airport. We flew at 7:10, caught two planes and arrived just around 14. In the first plane to Vienna, i was not able to sleep. Maybe it was the coffee i had had or something else but i just couldn't. In the second plane i went out as a light. I fell asleep when we took off and waked just when we got something to eat. Then we took a bus to the hotel, which my teachers had a bit of difficulty finding, but we did it and we checked in. My and my roommate Michelle were the only ones to get a room on the 1st floor so we switched it to one on 3rd after some trouble.

After an hour in our rooms, we met up and went for a walk in the city. We got a map and got a restaurant  to be at 19:00 and then we went off en small groups. Then when we tried to find the freaking restaurant, it wasn't where we were told so we called our teacher and he told us where to go. We got some typical Bulgarian food and afterwards we walked to McDonnalds to get an ice cream. Then we went back to the hotel stayed in and held a small party in two of the  boy's room. Michelle and i passed out at around 23 local time which is plus one hour - SOO TIRED!

Tuesday

We had to be ready at 9 in the lobby that morning, but our teachers didn't come before 9:30 so we were pretty annoyed when they came, because a lot of us had a small hangover and were tired. We had to wander around to see and listen to some subjects we had had back in school. We heard about a couple of churches and we saw the presidents work place.

Aleksandr Nevsky church
My group had a little to say about the language, but everyone was kinda tired of listening so people wasn't really paying attention. Then we found a place to get coffee/hot chocolate and then there was one group left. We heard their presentation and went up in our rooms to relax a little before going out to eat. After dinner, some of us decided to go out on bars, while others (me included) wanted to stay home. Michelle and I went over to someone else's room to talk and have some fun and we did. The others got home at around 1:30 in the morning and they made so much noise it was hard for me to sleep and that says a lot! I had a fun convo with Kamilla on the hall way and then we went to sleep.

Wednesday

The failed day, as i like to call it. We were going to the mountains outside Sofia so we took a bus, or a couple and ended by the lift, which wasn't going anywhere, because it was closed. So instead of waiting for the bus to come back, we walked down the mountain until there was a huge road. Then we took another bus to another stop and then we walked just around 1 km to the next stop, waited for 20-30 mins and then we took the bus to the trolley where we got tickets for punching the wrong side and then we walked to a coffee shop for a coffee break.

Then we went back with the trolley and the buses to the zoo where we walked around for a couple of hours. The animals didn't have it very well but it was nice not to be in a bus for a while. Did i by any chance mention that i got us home from the mountains, to the zoo and home again? No? I did.. And i got a dinner for it! (; When we got home we grabbed dinner and then we got ready to go to a sports bar and see some Barcelona vs. Milan which ended 0-0 but we got some very good drinks!

Thursday

We went to a little market in the poor end of the city, where we, once again, walked the wrong way.. We saw something called "The women's market" and another market before entering a mosque where we had to loose the shoes and cover up our hair, or the girls had to. Then we went to an old spa where there were springs of hot water. They were each good for some of your organs so i drank a little of each (; after lunch and coffee, we went out shopping! A lot from my class went to the Sofia Mall, but some friends and i stayed in the city and just took a hot bath, slept and relaxed. After the boys invited to dinner which we had to pay for ourselves (the teachers payed mine!) we got back the the hotel, got dressed and went out to find a bar. All the other evenings we ended up at a bar near the hotel called Oscar Club, but tonight we didn't want to so we walked and walked and walked. Then we decided to go to Funky Town again, get a couple of drinks and then we walked on the find another bar. We ended up at Oscar again but tonight, nobody really wanted to come in with me and Pernille and when nobody told us that everyone had left so we stormed out and ran up to my room where we stayed till we went to bed.

Friday

I could already feel when i woke up that something wasn't right. I went up, got dressed and then packed. I had packed a whole lot the night before so there wasn't much left. Then i laid in bed and watched TV until we had to meet, but just before going i felt really sick so when we got down i was really pale and just before we had to go, i had to run to the bathroom to see if i could get better, but no. I had to walk around feeling sick all day. We walked - once again, the wrong way - to a monument Stalin had build for the people and one to honor himself. Both of them were really boring and when you are sick, you just want to feel better!

Just when i thought my sickness was gone and i could eat just a bit, it got worse and we had to go. I had to carry my bag down to the bus stop and when we sat in the but the boys talked about a bearded lady and it was disgusting. In the airport i had a fever and i got some panodil for it. Then i laid down in at the gate and fell asleep. The first flight was okay, though i couldn't sleep. We were told to run to the other gate because it had to go, but all of a sudden, it was 40 mins late and i felt really bad. I laid down on the metal chairs and relaxed until we had to board the plane. In this plane i got really sick. I was freezing and i threw up twice in 15 mins in the bathroom. When we landed it wasn't much better, i just wanted to go home and sleep and the following days, i still felt sick..

So that is my story - hope you enjoyed it!
I wanna curl into bed now. Goodnight! :)

School trip!

Okay, you guys are probably wondering why i'm still awake..

I am too excited for the school trip i'm going on! We are going to Sofia, Bulgaria for 5 days! We are leaving monday early morning at like 7 o'clock so we have to be at the airport at 5 in the freaking morning! :O

The worst thing is that I have to go to work tomorrow and i am going to be tired because i can't sleep, because i am too excited!

And you guys are probably thinking now: "Oh, she is going to Sunny Beach to party all night!" No, this is a school trip. I won't say that we aren't going to drink, because we are, but we are not going partying. We could get sent home for that.

I have packed almost everything. The only things i need is my compact, my birthcontrol pills, my ipod, which is charging, my cellphone, which is charging and someting i can rinse or clear my nails with - Strange habbit! o_0

I will try to see if i can go to sleep now, so goodnight. I will try to find out if i can blog on my trip so this will turn into a holliday diary of some kind :)
